We're working with Mandik UK to find their next Operations Support Executive.

About Mandik UK

Since launching in the UK in 2021, Mandik has grown from a two-person start-up into a thriving team of 18 and has quickly established itself as a trusted name within the fire safety industry.


They specialise in Fire Safety Ventilation Products and are committed to raising standards through technical expertise, product quality, and customer education. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for someone who can become an integral part of their operations team and help support the next stage of their journey.


The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the business.


You'll work closely with customers, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure information is accurate, orders are processed correctly, and customers receive the high level of service Mandik has become known for.


Whilst the title suggests administration, this role is far more than simply processing paperwork. You'll become a key point of coordination across multiple areas of the business and play an important role in helping everything run efficiently behind the scenes.


What You'll Be Doing


  • Verifying customer purchase orders against approved quotations
  • Placing orders with manufacturing partners and ensuring information is transferred accurately
  • Supporting customer invoicing and supplier purchase orders
  • Maintaining records, trackers, databases, and key business documentation
  • Managing company correspondence, certificates, and operational paperwork
  • Assisting with logistics and delivery coordination
  • Supporting customers and internal teams with day-to-day operational enquiries
  • Helping ensure the office and wider business continue to run smoothly

You'll likely have experience in administration, office support, customer service, operations, or coordination, but most importantly you'll be:

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator
  • Someone who takes pride in getting things right


Bonus Points For

  • Experience with invoicing
  • Experience managing busy inboxes
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Experience in a detail-focused environment
