Educare Recruitment is partnering with a well-respected care provider in Redruth and Camborne to find compassionate and professional Support Workers to support individuals with mental health needs.

What Youll Do:

• Provide personalised support to individuals with mental health challenges.

• Assist with daily living tasks, wellbeing, and promoting independence.

• Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment.

• Work flexible shifts long-term, short-term, or day-to-day cover.

What Were Looking For:

• Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service.

• Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable.

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional with a genuine desire to make a difference.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
